These terms cover your use of touchwake.com and your purchases from Touchwake, a business based in Oregon, USA ("Touchwake", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Our store runs on Shopify.

Orders and prices

All prices are in US dollars. Shipping is free within the United States. We sell to US addresses only. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may cancel and fully refund an order if there is a pricing error or we can't fulfil it.

Payment

Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.

Shipping, refunds and replacements

Our shipping policy and refund policy are part of these terms. That includes the 60-night guarantee and the 12-month replacement.

What the product is

Touchwake products are vibrating wake-up devices. They are not medical devices and are not a substitute for safety equipment such as smoke or carbon monoxide alarms. Results vary from person to person, which is why the 60-night guarantee exists.

Using the site

Use the site lawfully. Don't try to break it, copy it at scale or misuse it. The Touchwake name, text, images and design belong to us.

Reviews

Reviews on the site come from customers and from reviews collected through our review app. Opinions in them are the reviewers' own.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.
