Free US shipping. Arrives in 7-17 days, with tracking.

Every Touchwake order ships free to addresses in the United States. We don't ship outside the US yet.

How long it takes

• Processing: 1-3 business days. That's the time it takes us to prepare your order and hand it to the carrier.
• Delivery: 7-17 days after that. Your order ships from our fulfillment partners.
• Tracking: you get a tracking link by email when your order ships, and you can look it up any time on our order tracking page.

Running late?

If your order is running late, we email you. You can also cancel for a full refund. Just reply to that email, or write to us at the address below.

Lost parcel?

If tracking shows your parcel is lost, we send you a new one. No forms, no fight. Email us with your order number.

Wrong address?

Email us as soon as you spot it, with your order number. If your order hasn't shipped, we fix it.
